Kimberly Hines Bullock
Kim serves as the president and senior consultant with Hines Consulting, a management consulting and training company based in White Stone, Virginia. A master facilitator, Kim leads workshops and seminars on leadership development, Myers-Briggs Type Indicators (MBTI), conflict mediation, cultural diversity, team building, and emotional intelligence. As a leadership coach, Kim's style blends critical thinking and inspirational motivation to provide focused feedback. She is an exceptional listener with a high capability for guiding self-discovery. She serves as a consultant to the College Board as an Advanced Placement (AP) reader and trainer. Her professional experiences include supervising and training future teachers while serving as the school director for the New York City Summer Institute for Teach for America. Kim has also conducted educational workshops for the NBA and The Gloucester Institute. Her favorite workshops are the Girl Scouts of America's Aspiring Leader and Executive Leadership Programs.
Kim is an honors' graduate from Spelman College in Atlanta, Georgia. Her education included study at the University of Oaxaca, Mexico and the University of Lancaster, England. She completed the Teach for America program at the University of Southern California/Florida International Studies in Los Angeles, California, and she holds a master's degree with a specialty in Agency and Community Counseling from the College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia. She completed post-graduate training in diversity, mediation, and dispute resolution through the Supreme Court of Virginia.
Kim's creativity can be seen in her design and facilitation for the award-winning DIVA Academy, a program which helps young girls build and maintain self-esteem. This program, presented yearly at the Old Dominion University Girls' Conference has been identified as one of “the most engaging and learning-filled programs” in the history of the conference. Kim also volunteers with the Boys and Girls Clubs and with the Girl Scouts of America.

Dr. Carolyn C.W. Hines was the founder and president of C.W. Hines and Associates, Inc., an award-winning international firm specializing in executive coaching, transformational leadership, diagnostic and proscriptive teambuilding, personal and organizational strategic planning, conflict management, organizational effectiveness, workforce diversity, and management and supervisory development. She and her dynamic cadre of change agent associates partnered with organizations worldwide. They assisted individuals, teams, and organizations in identifying and eliminating blockages and designing plans for unparalleled energy, focus, and success.
Her unique and lasting approaches drew upon skill development in processes based on Caring Competencies, powerful language and behaviors designed to promote success in all aspects of life. A popular keynoter, Carolyn was an internationally ranked public speaker. Her productivity followed program.
Her clients included Quaker Oats, Philip Morris, Virtual Health Systems, West Virginia University Hospitals, Washington Hospital Center, The New York Times Shared Services Center, WHRO Public Television, Graduate School USA, the Environmental Protection Agency, NASA, the United States Patent and Trademark Office, VCU's Grace E. Carolyn received her undergraduate education at Saint Paul's College in Lawrenceville, Virginia and Wellesley College in Wellesley, Massachusetts. She held three graduate degrees including a doctorate in Counseling and Higher Education Administration from the College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia. She was a licensed professional counselor and marriage and family therapist.
Carolyn taught as a distinguished professor in the President's Leadership Program at Christopher Newport University.
